OVNI is a virtual winery dedicated to creating projects to understand where wine is moving and explore new consumption habits.
At present, the wineries are spaces where not only wine is made, but they are transforming into wine tourism centers where a range of experiences around this drink is offered. The behavior and development of these experiences are a fundamental factor in understanding wine in today’s society, which is why we, as a virtual winery, propose new experiences that help us understand the behavior among new consumers, identify new value proposals for the wine industry and explore new horizons. To achieve this purpose, we believe in the use of design and data science as the main tool.
Ovni Vinos is formed by young professionals from the Ribera del Duero who believe in the need for transformation of this sector.
